Steve Wilkes is the head guide. Steve has featured on TV stories for Channel 9, Channel 7 and Channel 10. Steve is a member of the Paul Burt Fishing Team and regularly appears on Channel 9's National Nine News Program and he writes a monthly fishing article for Bush n Beach Fishing Magazine and a weekly report in the Gold Coast Bulletin. Steve is also a presenter at Boat Shows where he passes on his local freshwater fishing knowledge. Steve is a trained primary school teacher with 14 years teaching experience. He has been guiding large groups for fishing charters, fishing weekends and three day camp adventures for the past 8 years.
