A superbly equipped ship well suited to wreck diving adventures at Truk Lagoon and exploring on Pan Micronesian 'Voyages of Discovery'.
1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
We have operated in Micronesian waters since 1979/80. Our big ship was the first ever live-aboard dive cruiser and still remains the largest. We have long since learned how to excel at diving this area after so many years. Our strongest suit is offering the most catered diving and services
to a select maximum of 22 guests served by 22 happy staff.
2. What is your company's mission?
Our company's mission is to excel at offering the best all-round diving services and onboard catering in a family oriented atmosphere aboard this great ship.
3. What does your company specialize in?
We specialize in offering the finest all-round
dive related services to experts and beginners alike, while catering to each interest carefully and safely at the world's finest wreck, coral, and fish emporium.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
The ship is primarily owned and managed by myself (Edward Lance Higgs) with lots of good support people alongside. My background long ago was owning/operating deep sea towing and salvage vessels with associated commercial diving. We originally appeared at Micronesia to go into semi-retirement and enjoy the beautiful surrounds, but it soon developed into welcoming other worldwide guests to come and enjoy the incredible mid-ocean sights above and below this great location's waters.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Our Sunrise Special is an all-round package that is most popular of 3 differing options from lighter sides with Easy Diver provisos up to our Truk Tek concepts of full and complete technical supplies and procedures. We cater to all, but the
Sunrise with 5 daily dives over a 7 dive day continuous diving week with free Nitrox wins most approvals.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
The nearly continuous praise voiced at trip endings sets our torches on. Our hard work maintaining this great facility for moderate returns is more than worth it when receiving the pleasant joys of seeing and meeting so many fine
and diverse people from the entire planet. Our close onboard personal relations and conversations make this lifestyle so gratifying.
