M18688 is a Dutch-owned company providing Russian language training and business support services to foreigners in Saint Petersburg. The company was founded in 2002 by Bart Leenhouts, a Dutchman living in Saint Petersburg for many years, currently still course coordinator.
Through the program "Russian in Petersburg", since the start, every year about 100 people participate in the Russian language courses. This program provides language courses plus accommodation. M18688 has its own accommodation at the Vasilievsky Island, just outside the city center, where are the classrooms and the bedrooms for the course participants.
