Spacious apartments, centrally located in Berlin Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg, have all the amenities you’d normally expect at home: a TV, free WIFI Internet connectivity and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals at the time that best suits you. Also all our apartments are equipped with either a comfortable sofa or lounge chairs, where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing, shopping or museum visits. If you don’t feel like cooking then there is sure to be an appealing meal available in one of the many quality cafes and restaurants nearby.

And don't forget the price! If you're traveling with friends or family, you'll save money sharing apartments, instead of having to book multiple rooms in a hotel. But even if you are traveling alone or as a pair, a hotel in the same area of Berlin would cost more than one of our Studio Apartments, which start just from 60 euro per night. We are not a booking agency but an established service, renting vacation apartments since 2003. All of our properties are managed, operated and cleaned by our own staff, and customer service is our top priority, service that doesn't end with your booking confirmation. We know Berlin better than most hotels. We have 2 tour guides on staff, who would be more than happy to share their Berlin insider-knowledge with you.

We offer fully furnished apartments centrally located in Berlin, Germany. As an alternative to hotel accommodation, our apartments offer all the comforts of home at a great price.

1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

The business has been operating since the summer of 2003. Starting with just 2 apartments, the company has since grown to its present size of 46 apartments in 4 different properties in the popular Berlin area of Mitte/ Prenzlauer Berg.

2. What is your company's mission?

Our company strives to provide excellent service and an excellent product at a reasonable price.

3. What does your company specialize in?

Our service-oriented staff members are friendly and readily available to help you enjoy your stay in the city. Our apartments offer space for friends and family to live comfortably together and save money to spend during their vacation on other things, not just the accommodation itself.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

The founder of the company is Wim Kolstee. A true entrepreneur, he saw the opportunity to create a service in a growing market and founded M18913. He had previously served for 8 years as Business Development Manager in the Telecom industry in Prague, London, Paris and lastly Frankfurt.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

At the moment, we do not offer travel packages.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

The service provided from start to finish was one of the best I have encountered. The apartments were of a 5* standard and really good value for money. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much bother. The location of the apartments are perfect for a stay in Berlin with plenty of amenities in the neighbourhood and a short walk to Alexanderplatz.
