1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

Hello and a warm welcome from the Pino and Caroline Nobile. In 1992, we organised and ran a walking tour of Tuscany for a group of friends. During the following years, using a successful formula of blending health exercise with history and culture, good food and wine, we have put together a range of carefully researched walking, hiking and culinary tours in Italy and England.

2. What is your company's mission?

We believe that walking is a wonderful way to travel, combining healthy activity in beautiful landscapes, with enjoyable and educational visits to local towns and villages. We explore on foot, discovering the countryside, archaeology, history and cultural diversity which our itineraries offer. We travel in small groups of 12 including your guides. So, why not combine a visit to Europe with one of our Classic Walking Tours and leave behind the chaos of life? We offer you a unique walking experience. We would like you to share and savour the unexpected beauty and calm of the countryside; sample the seasonal flavors of local foods and fine gastronomic delights which these countries have to offer; taste locally produced wine or ale; experience the hospitality of local people; absorb the atmosphere and understand their culture. We have chosen walks in some of our favourite places in Italy and England and as both your hosts and friends we will share with you what we know and love.

WALKING & HIKING, CULINARY & WINE TOURS. The ability to choose exciting itineraries.(Italy Tuscany, Sicily,Aeolian islands, Amalfi coast, Cinque Terre, Umbria, Dolomites. England, Cotswolds, Yorkshire dales and Lake District) and turn them into a relaxing and enjoyable vacations by taking care of all the logistical detail for you. Personal devotion to all our trips, guiding tours ourselves, restricting the number of tours to maintain quality and constantly liaising with hotels and restaurants. It is a unique experience travelling in small groups of ten. So, leave behind the chaos of life and combine a visit to Europe with one of our walking holidays.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

The founders Pino and Caroline Nobile, have traveled extensively across Italy and England and have worked in tourism in both countries countries for over 20 years. This, together with a lifelong interest in Italian and English history and culture,food and wine and the love of the outdoors gives them an unrivaled customized tour hosting capability.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

Impossible to choose one. All our trips are a resounding success and wonderful in their own way. Try it out and judge for yourself!
