1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
It’s been operating for over 4 years. It started as a language immersion organization and has grown to become one of Buenos Aires biggest and well respected Spanish School.
2. What is your company's mission?
To provide high quality Spanish courses and classes to students from all over the world, providing them with a memorable, valuable and rewarding experience.
3. What does your company specialize in?
We specialize in Spanish courses for foreigners.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Agustin Vignale and Alejandro Rched are the directors of M19016. Agustin studied Business Economics at the Torcuato Di Tella University and has worked on fundraising and public relations for the Fundación Iniciativa, promoting youth participation in society. After graduation, he worked as a Business Consultant at M19016, and then spent time working and traveling overseas, mainly in New Zealand and Southeast Asia.
Alejandro Rched studied Economics in college and went on to receive a Masters in Finance. After graduation, he worked on government research projects looking at public debt and for Price Waterhouse Coopers as an analyst.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Our most popular Spanish course is Intensive Spanish which is a course that offers 20 hours of group Spanish classes per week. The course is offered for all levels of Spanish and you can take anything from one week of classes up to months.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
We receive excellent reviews from our students. We ask them to fill out a questionnaire at the end of their courses and we receive 98% satisfaction.
