1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

M19281 became a registered company in May 2007. The company started by me after 23 years of working in the public sector and there and then I decided to once and for all go into "my own business".

2. What is your company's mission?

My company's mission is to primarily educate both locals and visitors of the rich historical and eco aspect of Trinidad and Tobago with special emphasis on "Hiking and Adventure".

3. What does your company specialize in?

We specialize in "hiking, camping, roughing it out in the forest and simple nature walks".

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

The founder and owner of M19281 is myself "Emile Serrette". Before starting my company, for 23 years, I worked with a National Oil Company, "National Petroleum Marketing Company Ltd" as a safety and security officer.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

My most popular travel package is "Hiking" and the reason for this is simply because there are so few "Certified" hiking companies in Trinidad and Tobago. Although there are numerous hiking clubs in the twin island Republic, my company is only one of 3 certified Hiking Companies.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

I've received numerous compliments from clients, compliments from visitors and locals who spoke very highly about my personality and level of services given to them.

		The trail is not usually as clear cut as one is made to beleive here. A first time hiker should seek further information on this trail. such as terrain type, ... view more walking time etc. Use a guide or hike with a recognized group or hiking club.
