M19288 has 4 people working in our head office in Hanoi and four locally based Tour Operators: Sapa in the Northwest, Hue in the Centre, Nha Trang and Central Highland, Saigon and Mekong Delta. We have 20 tour guides, on the national and local level. Whether we are practicing our English skills or on a staff trip pedaling our way through Ninh Binh on bicycles, we are always growing, learning and sharing together.

1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

For over 12 year and more! from 1998 - 2011.

2. What is your company's mission?

We created a travel company not only for individual who want to visit Vietnam, but also for families, orphanages who had adopted children in Vietnam in order to help on how and what must be planned, arranged with local deputy before visiting a vietnames family. but also for every one who want to visit Vietnam!

3. What does your company specialize in?

We provide guests, individual, family, orphanages with enough information, safe, high-quality travel and adventure with a healthy dose of fun. We see ourselves as the bridge between host and visitor. Meanwhile, focusing on responsible travel, we strive to travel in a way that respects local rules, culture, protects our environment and supports the communities we visit.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

Tom Tran is a great tour guide of Families who adopted the kids in Vietnam I was on tour with our clients and wen he coming back and built campany and now he is owner
