1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
The business had been operating for the past 5 years since 2006. It started as a thesis in college and thought of creating a business out of it.
2. What is your company's mission?
Our mission is to make a difference into the lives of those who join in our pilgrimages and also organizing a holiday of a lifetime.
3. What does your company specialize in?
We specialize in Poland Pilgrimage since we are living in Krakow, Poland and I think its best to promote and spread the word of God in a place that we are familiar of and our Catholic faith is the key factor in bringing pilgrims to Poland.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
A family run business owned by Mrs. Anna Ledzka-Dutta and Shubho Dutta. With our previous experience of working with Jurys Doyle and Sheraton group of hotels, we opened this company in 2005. Established 3 different products. Incoming and outgoing from Poland. Established a reputation in UK churches and other communities of organizing high standard christian holidays and lots of personal touch. Can provide 100's of references.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
The most popular travel package is the Poland pilgrimage. We are living in Poland so we don't need any middleman in organizing the event. It comes up a real outstanding value for money. We always see to it that our prices are budget friendly to those pilgrims whose aim is to do a pilgrimage and be renewed spiritually.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
Our clients would always say that indeed our pilgrimage is a pilgrimage and holiday of a lifetime. That its good value for money and they are surely coming back and will definitely join other tours that we organize.
