1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

Established in 2003 by founder Brian Penfold.

A responsible and ethical company.

We specialise in travel to the Southern Hemisphere, Central America and Cuba.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

Our founder, Brian Penfold’s background has been hospitality and travel since he was 18 years old. From hotel management, to cruise director and then onto travel sales and management. Upon joining a travel company upon immigrating to England in 1998, he worked throughout the company in a variety of roles. Firstly in sales where I excelled as a top earning company travel consultant. Instead of taking a position as a team manager, he opted to move into product management, development and promotion which he had more interest in (rather than sales targets). The skills Brian learnt in this position have proven to be invaluable in the set up of his own business in 2003.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

Many different packages for different reasons.

That we obviously care.
