M19609 is owned by myself, Karen Pettit, a New Zealander and Erik Lind, a native of New York. We started our company in the summer of 2000 and with the support of our clients, suppliers and our fantastic team, we have grown in to one of the leading specialist travel company's in New Zealand and Australia.

We have been members of New Zealand and Australia's vibrant tourism industries for over 15 years and are proven leaders in our field with hundreds of clients having traveled with us and been delighted with our services. M19609 is a member business of the New Zealand Tourism Industry Association and we consistently strive to provide travel experiences to our clients in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.

M19609 was founded through a passion to create a totally focused, knowledgeable and friendly travel service that was able to provide those seeking more than a "scrape the surface vacation" with a truly insightful, sensory filling journey. Judging from a sampling of our client comments we succeeded!

We proudly work with industry contemporaries who practice ecologically and culturally sensitive business. We have associations with conservation efforts throughout our region and play an active financial role in supporting these organizations by donating a percentage of our profits to interests involved in the rejuvenation and preservation of our precious environment.
