I am a specialist in the history of early modern and modern Central Asia, have traveled extensively in the region, and wanted to work with a tour agency that would allow me to organize the kind of educational cultural experience that fit the needs of my students and faculty. Zulya Rajabova, president of the company, far exceeded all my expectations. She was accessible throughout the planning stages of the tour, responsive to all our questions and needs, extremely efficient, and eager to provide the best tour possible. I cannot say enough about her warm personality, commitment to high quality service, interest in finding out what her clients want and providing it to the best of her ability, and excellent on-the-ground connections for arranging for visas, hotel accommodations, local tour guides, and special events.
And all through the process, Zulya added her own personal touch of Central Asian hospitality and culture. She went out of her way to give each of the participants a wonderful packet of information about packing and planning, visas, and even a beautiful handmade gift from Uzbekistan. She even checked in on us by telephone while on tour in Central Asia to make sure everything was going well. The students and faculty are still talking about their memorable trip. I highly recommend their tours for individual as well as group tours. You won’t be disappointed. |

... view more College of New Jersey. I have a minor in Central Eurasian Studies, and spent almost one whole year planning and excitedly waiting for this trip. Unfortunately, on the day before my flight I lost my passport, and was heartbroken at the thought of missing this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
As soon as Zulya found out about my situation, she went to action. She assisted me in finding a new flight, and set up an appointment for me with the consul within a day, so that I could get a new visa to Uzbekistan. With her help, I was finally able to realize my dream of going to Central Asia. If that was not enough, Zulya had her staff waiting to greet me in Tashkent and take me to my next flight immediately after I landed in Tashkent. Zulya made sure that someone was consistently watching out for me, and I successfully joined up with the other students and professors from my school.
Together with them, I went on a superbly organized and well thought out tour of Uzbekistan, which included visits to historical sites, interactions with knowledgeable and friendly tour guides, and comfortable accommodations. After my group left for Tajikistan, Zulya arranged to make sure that my time alone in Uzbekistan was safe and affordable.
My time in Uzbekistan was only possible because of Zulya Rajabova’s extraordinary work and generosity, and she was not even responsible for most of it! I plan to return to Uzbekistan in the winter, and will go to no other agency except M19672. I would like to highly recommend Zulya and her team to anyone who would like to go to Uzbekistan and other central Asia countries (Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan). |
