1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

We start our travel company in 2007. For a long time, Huan – who is our Product Director now and myself would like to work in a business which has close connection with Vietnam culture as both of us love culture activities. At that time, there is booming time in Vietnam for tourism. There are many tour companies in Vietnam but none of them specialized in culture tour. Have worked in hotel industry long enough to be confident to start some thing new, I think this is opportunity for us to form up our company which focus into theme tours to Vietnam.

2. What is your company's mission?

- Creative in product - Service quality focus - Strongly support local community of the site in preserve traditional culture.

3. What does your company specialize in?

- Culture theme tours in Vietnam - Nature themed tours in Vietnam - Well being themed tours in Vietnam - Adventure theme tours in Vietnam.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

Huan Nguyen – the Founder: has worked for years as architect then later tour conductor. His strong knowledge of Vietnam culture as well as his passion to introduce Vietnam tradition and culture to our clients is really foundation of M19688. Huan now is responsible for M19688 tour products. Mai Phan - the Co-Founder: Mai has worked in hotel industry in Vietnam for years. She starts with Melia Hanoi then Sheraton Hanoi Hotel in Sales Department. In 2005 Mai has been selected as Starwood Worldwide Sales Award from Sheraton Hanoi. With her background, Mai now is in charge for Sales & Marketing of M19688.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

* Vietnam World Heritages Discovery – cruise in Ha Long Bay or walk in Hoi An ancient town is really unique travel experience that every guests would like to try. * Vietnamese Culinary – The Harmony of Materials: Vietnam cuisine is famous of its combination of vegetarians, meat or fish and rice. Its taste and its decoration really make the tour interesting to discover. * Famous Vietnam Architecture Tour: charming traditional architecture with pagodas, nice touch with French colonial style in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat, World Heritage with Royal Architecture in Hue or Cham Architecture in My Son are strong attraction to guests.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

Thank you very much for your work in making our itinerary. The Victory Star is an excellent Junk and the experience was fantastic. Food was far better than anything we could have imagined and they catered beautifully for my vegetarian need. The Junk was a very high standard Junk with excellent service and accommodation. We went to Bac Ha Market yesterday and had a great day. The trip to Lao Cai was very comfortable. Did some walks around hill-tribe areas in the rain and have thoroughly enjoyed.
