1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
We have been operating since 2005 after discovering through postgraduate university research that visitors to New Zealand were paying too much for their vacations, being offered poor accommodation and activity options, with little or no on-the-ground service from their travel agent. Having a New Zealand based agency plan, book and look after our client's needs removes a lot of hassle out of the travel process for visitors.
2. What is your company's mission?
To deliver our clients outstanding New Zealand vacations. We are passionate and highly qualified kiwis who want to share the best of our country with you, the visitor.
3. What does your company specialize in?
Custom and pre-organized travel itineraries to New Zealand. We tailor travel packages for all tastes, budgets and group sizes.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Phillip completed a Masters degree in Tourism Management (MTM) at Victoria University in 2005. Prior to that he worked across many tourism sectors including tourism development at a nature reserve in Wellington, New Zealand; opening and marketing hotels in Wellington and in the activity sector in Milford Sound. He now also owns a lodge in stunning Queenstown.

I am so happy I found these guys! I dreamed of traveling to New Zealand for the past six years, hence was quite nervous about finding a travel agent that would
... view more actually deliver on their promises. I wanted someone who was a genuine local to the area but that also could give me the best value within my very tight budget for a tour of both islands.
After contacting 12 different agents, I got a quote from M19742 that was not only $2500 below all the other quotes, but offered a Lot more than the others in activities / accommodations. I couldn\'t believe how much mark-up the American agencies had on trips to NZ, they really take advantage of the currency difference.
Phillip had such comprehensive knowledge, was there for me every step of the way (even arranged new transfer for me in just Five mins. when I missed my bus!!) and fit everything in for $50 under my budget!
