Sorry, for the delay in writing, since we have been back it has been very busy indeed. We all had a wonderful trip. Special thanks to you, Sam, Aki and the ... view more whole support team for looking after us so well and helping organizing such a good itinerary. We particularly enjoyed the food which was a very welcome surprise. The accommodation was really nice, especially in Phnom Penh & Siem Reap.

I will certainly recommend you to friends looking to do a similar trip and I am sure if we look to do another trip like this in Thailand or Vietnam, we will certainly be in touch.
Best regards,

2  Alex and Sunshine Weiss Cambodia Trekking (23 to 28 November, 2010) 2011-01-10
Hi Hun,
I enjoyed the trip very much and Aki was a great guide and I loved the food. It would have been nice to have the option to save $100 or more by ... view more staying in cheap hotels that were only $15 a night, or at a hostel for $5, or even better to camp for $0. But I liked the trip and would probably take a bike trip next time if I come back. The waterfalls were great!
Thank you so much and happy new year!

Good Morning Hun,
Sad i didn't see you to say goodbye and thank you for an amazing trip!! Well organized and very well put together, the experience ... view more will be with me forever.

Guides: WOW, friendly, helpful always willing and truly made the trip fun! Sam is a real asset to your team, and you knowledge and enthusiasm was encouraging. Thank you.

Bike: was very surprised that the Trek bikes were so comfortable to ride, was great, even the bike in Vietnam was perfect - I had no arguments with any of the bicycles as they served their purpose for what we were using them for.

Hotel: Shjew - i felt very spoiled, had never stayed in such fancy hotels before, so it was a real treat for me. I can not complain about anything, I enjoyed everywhere we stayed. Thank you.

Food: I LOVE THE FOOD, and am going on a Thai/Asian cooking course after tasting the delicious food we ate. There was A LOT of it, I am not used to eating so much so was worried about the left overs being wasted. Portions could be smaller. The food was a highlight. Thank you

The trip was a real eye-opener for me and I am grateful i had the opportunity to experience the 3 countries, Cambodia will see me again very soon, i loved the people and the landscape - a very beautiful and humble country. The single track through Vietnam was amazing. Most importantly I would like to thank you for making my birthday so special, It is definitely one of the best birthdays i have had and will never forget it, and that cake was delicious AROY AROY! THANK YOU for the hard work and effort for my special day!
The trip was a dream come true for me. THANK YOU to you and all involved who made it so special,
Michelle Burge

We had a fantastic time with you and your staff on the trip. We really enjoyed having local guides who shared the Cambodian history and also their life ... view more experiences. We had no troubles with the bikes or the accommodation.

We were very impressed with the high standard of accommodation and food, however it would be good to also get a mix of more \'local\' restaurants too e.g. the \'hawker\'/night markets that we saw in Phnom Penh. Overall, we had a great time and learned a lot about your country\'s culture.

Many thanks,
Mandy and Nathan

Vietnam is a fantastic country! Beautiful nature/landscape, great French influenced architecture, absolute friendly people, delicious food! Especially the ... view more southern part was very impressive. Also the tour in the south was perfectly organized. We were more than happy with our guide Hai and his driver Xing, who really did a fantastic job!!! We can’t say anything than positive things about Hai- he was really, really great with everything! The cycling itself, the entertainment, the food. He made us feel comfortable ANYTIME!

The night in the National Park was good. Next morning, we went to Halong Bay. The Halong Bay trip was also great! Everything well organized on the boat. Finally we made it, the hotel was good. All in all, we were all happy with the trip- thanks to Hai, who is mainly responsible for this! The impression we have from Hai and the time we spend together.

Something general: The bikes we had were in good condition and the hotels chosen exceeded our expectations (since we booked 2*). Thank you for the great trip, Hun Socheat, we will never forget our cycling tour in Vietnam! I have already recommended you as an organizer for trips in Indochina.

Best regards,

Dear Hun,
Good to hear from you. We had a great trip so thanks again for organizing. Pheap and Dea were great on the Cambodia stretch (if a little quick at ... view more times!) and likewise Son was a great guide in Laos. All 3 were very friendly, spoke good English and were good company along the way. A great trip with happy memories for both of us.

Kind regards,

Thank you for giving Debra and I an awesome vacation before I leave for a year long deployment in Iraq. It was a perfect ending and helped us ... view more cement our relationship into something more before I leave. Plus, we are already talking about another trip there in the future.

Anyway, both of us have been showing our pictures to our coworkers and several have expressed interest in going there to visit. I have a few Japanese firefighters who wanted to know if you have translators there that speak Japanese. The guys speak great English but their wife\'s do not. Can you design vacation packages for 7 days because they usually don\'t take more than 7 days at a time. Let me know when you get a chance.

Take care and we\'ll send you pictures of you guys later.

Dear Hun Socheat,
I would like to thank you for organizing the tour for me from 22-26th February. I have a wonderful time with your team and I really ... view more enjoyed Cambodia. I have recommended my friends to do this tour if they come to your country. I hope I can do more cycling or hiking tour with your organization in future. I forgot the guide\'s name, could you please tell me again? I would like to thank the driver and the guide. Is your organization on Facebook or Twitter? If so what is the link?

All the best,

Dear Hun Socheat
I am sending this email firstly to say how much I enjoyed the bike trip I recently completed with your company. I was on the bike trip from ... view more Seam Reap to Saigon which commenced on the 30/01/2010. The trip was better than I could have expected and I particularly would like to thank both the guides and the other staff on the trip whose services went well beyond what would normally be expected. I am already thinking about doing another trip this time maybe in Laos / Northern Vietnam so if you can suggest a suitable trip please let me know. I may not be able to do this trip until later this year or early next year depending on what would be a suitable time, weather wise.

Thanks again, I hope I can go on another of your trips.

10  Tim and Marika McGettigan Indochina Bike Tour & Vung Tau Beach Extension 19 January to 11 February 2010 2010-07-08
Hello Socheat,
Yes, the weather is cold here, and from what we have heard we missed a lot of colder weather when we were in Cambodia. We both agree that our ... view more trip was excellent. The hotels and food was better that we expected. I think that Cambodia has a great future as a cycling destination. There was really nothing that we would like to have had differently.

Maybe, just a few tips:
- Offer the cold beers at the end of the day as part of the service. Customer pays for the beer, of course. A lot of people will not use that service, but the ones that like a cold beer at the end of the day, before a shower, will really appreciate it.
- Mention that free wireless Internet is available in almost all hotels. That is more and more important, and just might induce some unsure people to go.
- If the weather is always as good as it was on our trip, then I would emphasize that in your web site. That is probable the most important reason why Europeans go to SE Asia in the winter.
- Also highlight how many people in Cambodia speak English. That is a big advantage over Thailand and Vietnam.

It is a little early now, but when we plan our trip next winter, we will certainly think of Cambodia and your company as an alternative.
Hope you have a good season and thanks for all of the effort that you put into making our trip so enjoyable. It is really good that you can enjoy a beer with your clients. That makes for a good atmosphere.

14  Mr. Chris and Clare Hozack (4pax) Angkor Cycling Back Road 25-30 November 2009 2010-07-08
I just thought I\'d quickly let you know that Sam Boeun (sorry I know I\'ve spelled his name wrong) is such a great guide. I have never had a guide so ... view more knowledgeable on every aspect of the tour - archaeology, history, government, law, everything! We are really looking forward to the next couple of days with him. We had the best time, and at a reasonable cost.

My husband Chris and I decided to split our honeymoon into two parts – beach in Thailand and adventure in Cambodia. We had a mediocre time in Phuket and left for Siam Reap after 7 days. Hun Socheat from Cambodia Cycling designed our itinerary especially for our fitness and interests, and tailored it to our budget and timetable. It was challenging and interesting, and our guide, Buoen, was incredible. His knowledge was bottomless as he explained Cambodian politics, history, and archeology.

The support vehicle provided plenty of water and snacks, and all meals were delicious. We were never hungry or in want of anything during the 5 days we spent with Cambodia Cycling. Despite experiencing exhaustion and discomfort (which were our own fault since we asked for that itinerary!), there was a euphoric sense of achievement when we finally finished. We were already discussing our next trip at dinner on the last night. We had a fantastic trip and recommend Cambodia Cycling for any adventurous people without reservations.

15  Mr. Paul Aston and Ms. Carrie Lam Cycling Tour Angkor to Sihanouk Ville 10 to 17 November 2009 2010-07-08
We really loved the trip. You guys made us feel safe without smothering us. We liked the fact that sometimes we were just left to cycle on our own, but knew you ... view more weren\'t too far ahead and the van wasn\'t too far behind. All the hotels were a lot better than we expected, and the one in Siem Reap, Tara Angkor Hotel, was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

We thought that you could have maybe offered a range of hotel options, as some people may have wanted to pay extra to stay in 5 star hotels or other may have been happier saving money and going for the 2 star option. Food was also a big surprise. All the restaurants were very good, although the food in the first one we ate at in Siem Reap (We think it was called Cafe Indochine) was a bit bland. But we really did enjoy our picnic lunches! But all in all it was one of the best holidays we have ever had, we are recommending you to our friends and we hope to be able to see you again on a trip to Laos!

We really had a great time on our trip. It was great that you were able to work with our time frame of the random 11 days and work in as much as possible. ... view more Highlights were the home stay, hike with the family dad, killing fields, Siem Reap hotel (Tara Angkor Hotel), Angkor wat and of course the biking. Consider the first time to Cambodia. It is amazing and eye opener for us on this trip. Our request for a supporting vehicle because of my daughter and also we ... view more just book for 2 days cycling and we were provided a supporting vehicle along with us. Excellent cycling guide, helpful, understanding cycling team and support driver.

The 2 days trip covers different routes and destinations. In addition to seeing some of the temples in Siem Reap, we were given an excellent tour on the historical facts, the culture, boat ride at the lake and surely not forgetting the visit to one of the home in the village where we carried out some community work with the cycling team.

Our appreciation to the cycling team and effort for providing an unforgettable and memorable trip for us.

 21  Jenny Gould Cambodia Cycling and Trekking Trip 28 Dec 2008 - 06 Jan 2009 2010-07-08
My time in Cambodia well exceeded any expectations that I had of the country and especially the organized tour. Being the only person on the tour gave me an ... view more incredibly high level of personalized service by Socheat and several local guides, particularly Rith. You were both so knowledgeable in all areas of the temples, museums, villages, locals and surrounding areas as well as being personable and very easy to get along with. It was a pleasure being in your company. The itinerary covered the regular tourist spots along with many less visited and traveled. A particular highlight for me was the village stay at Chambok – the happy village life makes you realize that you don’t need material objects to be happy. The balance between trekking and cycling was perfect and was a much more enjoyable way of getting around with the perfect weather. I can still taste the jack fruit in my mouth and I’m missing the fish soups every day.

Thank you for such a fantastic trip, I can’t wait to get to Vietnam and catch up with you again in the next 12 months!

Thank you for finding all the fruit many of which I had never had and some which Sue had not tasted. We were very well looked after.

We enjoyed the home stay in Chambok as it made us appreciate electricity and facilities elsewhere. Dara (the driver for support vehicle) was very helpful and seemed to enjoy the trip which also helps.

He was ... view more always making sure that we were OK and looked after us very well. You have been very good. It was very much appreciated. The drivers we had were very good, helpful and friendly. We liked Steung Siem Reap Hotel and Goldiana Hotel in Phnom Penh very much as the staff were helpful and friendly and the pools were nice. The home-stay in Beng Melea had good scenery.  26  Hyde and Sophie Thomson (5pax) Feedback for Cycling Tour Cambodia Discovery 01-13 May 2010 2010-07-02
We had the most fantastic experience. The bikes were fine and Khun was expert at fixing them and noticing when we were nearly dead from the heat! The others ... view more cyclists around Siem Reap on our tour were lovely. They all put up with me unsure of my ability to cycle and certainly made me laugh at meals. The food in Siem Reap was appropriate for a tour group - although it was a huge amount! Hyde was delighted.

The accommodation at all places was terrific and a great variety. San Boeun handled all the mixed personalities very well and answered all our questions about the temples. Once we left Siem Reap we really started our experience! San (guide) and Khun (driver) were fantastic. We enjoyed sharing our meals together and eating whatever was suggested during the day. San assisted me but also allowed Hyde to have a bit more of a challenge.

I loved the idea to go to Kep and then Kampot and the ride was better. The accomodation was gorgeous - but it wasn\'t until Shinoukville that we saw the real market. Your staff are terrific San was amazing. We love your country and your people and am proud that we have been so graciously received in your country. San was amazing and got us into Malibu bungalows - absolutely perfect and should be recommended for those clients that want to be away from that area of Shinoukville where that area was awful, full of barangs (hahaha). It all ended well with Malibu. The staff were beautiful and we had a fantastic time.

 27  Gemma Byrne (2pax) Angkor Cycling and Trekking 03-06 May 2010 2010-07-02
The tour was very well organized and excellent value for money. We found our guide to be extremely informative throughout the trip - his English and knowledge ... view more of the sites was brilliant. The general support crew were all very helpful.

The accommodation exceeded expectations and we were very happy with our stay. In particular, the food that we were given at meal times was excellent - a good choice of restaurants. The quality of the bikes were good. The holiday as a whole was fantastic. We hope to be able to come out there again and enjoy further bicycle tours.
