Further to his higher studies, he has been in South Africa and Tanzania for more experience on tourism and intercultural communication; and he was working with Tanzania Tourist Board on Eco-tourism and sustainable tourism. These overseas experiences have led him to do tourism in Ethiopia in different way.

He is now the owner and managing Director of M19781 and serving in a company as a senior Tour operator and tourist Guide.

1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

Our company is an innovative concept, family run, overland company that started operations in 2004. In contrast to our overland competitors we provide a high degree of comfort by giving authentic service for clients who want to get more out of their visit to the wondrous of Ethiopia, whether they are interested in guided tours to the Classic historic routes, a private off-the-beaten path journey, or a personal exploration of Ethiopia's tribal cultures and rituals, adventure tours to Dallol and Ert-Ale, Hiking and trekking tours to the most interesting areas of both the national parks of Semien mountains and Bale Mountains and photographing tours We run specialist travel and photographic safaris that provide overland travel in comfort and style for the more discerning traveler. We are not for the gap year student that wants to party every night but cater for clients who wish to gain knowledge of and appreciate the countries that they are visiting for.

To become Ethiopia’s leading tour operator by means of service excellence and providing innovative products and by giving individual attention to our tour clients.

Guided and packaged tours to Cultural destination and Dallol and Ertale.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

Mr. Tesfaye, your point of contact with our company, together with his staffs; co-ordinates and handles all tours inquiries in Ethiopia, and be able to be very close to our clients expectations. He is professional in Tour Operation and Tourist Guiding Technic and he has been working for different companies as tourist guide and senior Tour Operator.
