We operate inbound and outbound tour package, river cruise, hotel booking, ticket booking, any kinds of rental transport i.e car, micro bus, luxurious bus, ship and helicopter booking etc.
1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
Actually we have been starting our tour business from 1998 with local tourist and start our tour business with foreigners from 2003, but we had been operating transport business in Bangladesh from 1985 and gather knowledge about tourist spot of whole Bangladesh. We are working tour business very smothly with every tourist. Every one or group of tourist has sent their good opinion after visiting Bangladesh. We always try to give the best service for every honourable tourist. Our all staff are educated experience in the tourism sector. The managing director of our company is a highly qualified person. He has two masters degree i.e master of statistics and master of education.
2. What is your company's mission?
Our missions are tour packages, hotel booking, transport rental, river cruise, study tours, etc.
3. What does your company specialize in?
Our company is specialized on tour business. Maximum time tourist want to visit Sundarban, Cox’s bazar, Chittagong hill tracks and St.Martin so we are specialized in these tourist service.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
The founder of our company is H.M. Sirajul Islam. He is a highly educated person. He has two masters degree from Dhaka university i.e Master of statistics and Master of education. He is an honest man.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
The most popular package is 3 days/ 3 nights tour in Sundarban forest by rocket steamer because about 23rd hours continue river cruise tour from Dhaka (Sadarghat) to Khulna. This is a very interesting and enjoyable tour in Bangladesh.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
What is the best compliment you received from a client. Two years ago two Japanese young boys came to Bangladesh for visiting North side of Bangladesh and Sundarban. They presented me a Japanese book. Till that moment I did not open the book but when I opened that book I saw ten thousands taka. Then I called and asked them about them, and they told those money were for my impeccable service.
