5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
"Desert Festival at Essakane/Festival on the River Niger"
Advance scheduling!!! 6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
Mariama,
I hope you are feeling better & that both your bout with malaria & your broken foot are on the mend. You demonstrated what we Americans refer to as "True Grit" by keeping on the job while dealing with such discomfort & we appreciate such efforts on our behalf. Moreover, we all felt that your services were the best planned, most informative & personalized of all we encountered during our trip.
Your misfortune became our good fortune when your sickness caused your husband, Herve, to accompany us for the duration of our trip in Mali. Herve is a true gentleman, extremely knowledgeable & quite charming. His presence made for great discussion & insight & was a tremendous bonus that we did not expect.
Please accept my thanks & appreciation for your efforts on our behalf. I hope I can reciprocate the hospitality should either Herve & you find yourself in the USA.
With sincere gratitude,
Bruce White
