1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
M20089 is a locally owned travel and tour company based in Thimphu, Bhutan. Registered with the Royal Government of Bhutan. It was founded in the year 2006 by Mr.Ugyen Dorji after working in the related field for many years. We are one of the most experienced tour companies in Bhutan offering personal services in planning and execution of every tour. Our unique and innovative tour program enables visitors to enjoy a genuine and authentic experience of a country steeped in mysticism and rich in culture, tradition and natural beauty.

Our mission is to set the high quality service to bring the better outcomes and fulfill the aspect ions of our clients and make our travelers dream come true.
3. What does your company specialize in?
We are specialized and pioneer in discovering new tours and Treks. Beside, we are also well known in 0rganizing Multi Adventures, Honeymoon trip, Horse back ridding trip, Wildlife tour, Textile tour, Flora and Fauna, Bird watching and we are found in arranging Pilgrimage tours.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Ugyen Dorji is the founder and the managing director of the Company. He is an experienced tour operator who takes pride in providing personal, customized services to his clients. His motto is to be flexible to visitors’ special needs and interests. Ugyen has always enjoyed Bhutan’s nature, trekking and interacting with people from various cultures. This prompted him to become a tour guide and leader today, after many years of working in tourism and in meeting people from all corners of the world, Ugyen has decided to establish his own company. Under his farsighted and creative leadership, the company has grown into one of the most distinguished tour companies in Bhutan. Although desk-bound, when time permits, Ugyen takes pleasure in leading some of the tours and treks himself.
