Welcome to Serbia!
M20139 is a company that provides private, custom made sightseeing tours for individual travelers and small groups. We specialize in trips to Serbia, but we also organize itineraries through other countries of former Yugoslavia and the whole Balkan area.
We offer:
- City tours of Belgrade
- Day trips from Belgrade to Novi Sad, Nis, Topola, the Iron Gates and many more
- Cultural tours through Serbia that cover either its Roman heritage, its beautiful monasteries, gorgeous sceneries, or a little bit of all
- Sightseeing tours through all the countries of former Yugoslavia
- Grand tours of the Balkan area, showing you the best that Romania, Bulgaria. Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia and Slovenia have to offer
- and soon…..specialty tours for fans of biking, hiking, fishing or hunting!!!
The tours will be lead either by the founders of the company in person (Alina and Zlatan Ilic) or by hand picked, trusted colleagues that are experienced licensed guides in Serbia. Between us, we speak English, German, Italian, French, Romanian, Serbian, some Greek and Japanese.
The transportation is provided by air conditioned private car or mini-van, depending on the group size. We look forward to meeting you personally, here, in Serbia!

Questions and Answers
Licensed tour guide providing driver/guide services to individual travelers for Belgrade city sightseeing, day trips and also longer, highly customizable itineraries through Serbia.
1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
I have been a licensed local guide since 2007, after completing the required training and passing the respective exams. However, I have been working in tourism all my life, both in Serbia, and abroad on ocean and river cruise ships. This has not only allowed me to travel the world and marvel at its beauties, but also to understand how my own country, Serbia, perfectly fits in the “big puzzle” of sights, sounds, experiences of the world…what makes it unique and worthwhile to discover by foreign guests. This is what inspired me to become a local guide and start introducing my country to others.
2. What is your company's mission?
My mission is to offer my travelers a memorable trip, excellent in the quality of the organization and delivery, accurate in the information provided, entertaining through its activities and educational through its experiences and sights visited. I want them to see Serbiaas I know it, to see it with their eyes, to feel it with their hearts!
3. What does your company specialize in?
I specialize in private tours of Serbia and the Balkans for individual travelers.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
I, Zlatan Ilic, 42 years old, Serbian citizen, am the founder of the company – see above more details.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Belgrade city tour still remains the most popular product that travelers ask for. As an introduction to my country, the capita city is perfect – even a short, one day tour will allow the traveler to taste a bit from this unique country: a mixture of architectural styles, bustling commercial streets and quite parks, Yugo cars riding along modern Mercedes Benz, outside terraces which serve excellent coffee or restaurants with “tamburasi” entertainment in the evening, sumptuous churches and a century-old fortress with two mighty rivers – Sava and Danube, uniting at its feet. Belgrade has it all!
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
I have “a world of knowledge” on a vast array of subjects, not only related to Serbia; I also am fun and thorough in my presentations.

Zlatan,
I just wanted to thank you once again for a very enjoyable couple of days during my visit to Serbia. You offered me a terrific perspective on
... view more Belgrade, Novi Saad, and Serbia in general that I certainly would not have been able to obtain on my own.
As you might have suspected, this whole part of Europe has held a lot of fascination for me-so I do appreciate getting perspective from people who live in this area. Thanks also for the delicious lunch. I could easily tuck into Serbia cuisine!
