M20305 is one of the largest adventure tour companies in Africa. We are bonded members of SATSA and have an impeccable client satisfaction record. To date we have carried 42 500 clients (and counting) and traveled more than 16-million kilometers. We have about 120 full time staff (including our guides) and our tours cover 14 countries in Southern and East Africa.

We have 2 main kinds of tours, camping and accommodated. Our camping program offers exceptional value for money adventure and the average age of the traveller is 31y. Of course at various times of the year this can go up or down depending on University Holidays etc. Our Accommodated tours are aimed at a higher age bracket, but can be booked by anyone who wants adventure without the tent! On our accommodated tours we still have all the outdoor activities and meals around the campfire, but the accommodation is all basic twin-room chalets, bungalows, rondavels and other unique accommodation.

1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

We are one of the largest adventure tour companies in Africa. We have been well known and respected as a professional and legitimate operation for over 15 years.

2. What is your company's mission?

Our Mission Statement: - Quality of product and value for money - Responsibility and Accountability - Fun and Adventure - Integrity & Honesty - Service & Efficiency - Employment & Opportunity. It is very important to us that every cent we earn is being spent in Africa - creating jobs! By choosing Nomad you can ensure that a large number of Africans are directly employed. In Africa, this equates to support for families and communities. By booking with Nomad, indirect employment is also created. For example, in the Okavango Delta, Botswana, we have teamed up with a local community who will share their wonderful way of life with you. This is but one example of many people all over Africa who count Nomad as a major contributor to their livelihood.

		Because of rushing to the airport in Windhoek I was not able to fill in the feedback form for you guys, so here we go. This was my first time in Africa and of ... view more course I was a bit concerned about taking a tour by myself over xmas and new years time. But all this concerns were blown away after first day of the trip - amazing views, great people that I hope to stay in touch for long long time and of course our wonderful guides- Arnold and Brian. I have to say after a while it really felt like we were a family and that made my experience in Africa even better. I will remember the best times we had in the swimming pool, water hole and kitchen sitting there long hours, sipping savannah and chit chatting. With having so much fun and new experience every day waking up before 6 didn\'t seem so bad after a while. Food - I thought as for a camping tour it was really good. We always had some fresh vegetables and Brian\'s dinners were really really good! I wish I could cook like him! And I\'ve learned to eat pap with my hands - Arnold was the best teacher!:) As for guiding and driving - guys were very professional and I thought they have handled the situations that came up very well. We were always clear what to expect and what\'s coming up. You can also tell that they have a lot of experience and are not doing it for the first time. I was very impressed by their knowledge and passion for their jobs. I felt super sad that I have to finish already in Windhoek and can\'t go all the way to vic falls with the rest. For sure I\'m going be back to complete this trip and bring some friends along to show them how beautiful Africa is!

		Hello Nomad Team. We did a tour from 15 July till 30 July from JNB to PE. We would like to praise your team Philane, Nicolas and Gesine. Philane was a great ... view more driver on his truck Lennon and Nicolas was a great cook. Gesine deserves to be praised as she was always helpful, alert and always there for us. The route was a highlight from the first to the last day. I did a similar tour with another operator but your route was by far better. The overnight places were a nice surprise every evening.
