M20309 was founded by Katherine Lash, a Sedona native who spent 10 years traveling in Bali, India, Nepal & Tibet, and her partner Ed Preston -- an anthropoligist who studied with the Hopi before developing a reputation as one of the top spiritual guides in the Southwest. Both are holistic health practitioners. Together they have over 20 years of experience facilitating spiritual journeys and wellness retreats.
