6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
"The trip exceeded my expectations: it was one of the best holidays I have had. For me, a cooking course seems to be the ideal holiday: you are busy all the time, you are learning about and being part of a very important element of the local culture; you will have a lot in common with the other participants because of your shared passion for food; and you are meeting both them and the Institute staff in an environment where you can get to know them through working with them. It's so much better than being a tourist." Jeremy from England.
