1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

M20394 was founded in 2008 following a memorable visit to the stunning Roman ruins in Palmyra, Syria. The company is built on the solid foundation of 20 years experience in the luxury travel industry in both the UK and USA and unrivalled destination knowledge in our regions of specialty.

2. What is your company's mission?

To be the ultimate cultural luxury travel provider in the Middle East and North Africa. We have been to everywhere we feature and can provide unrivalled destination knowledge, objective advice, and exceptional holidays tailored around the needs of our clients.

3. What does your company specialize in?

Providing luxury customised private holidays to Egypt, Arabia, and North Africa. We know the best guides, can advise about visiting off the beaten path 'gems', can think laterally and create programmes with a difference, and have detailed first hand knowledge of all of our destination areas. Our expertise and detailed knowledge is the guarantee of your exceptional holiday experience.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

The company was founded by Hugh Fraser; a history graduate with a passion for the cultures of the Middle East and North Africa, the regions' stunning archaeological sites, and its incredible desert vistas. Hugh has travelled to over 70 countries and lived many years in Asia, in the eastern Mediterranean, and in the USA before returning to his homeland in the UK. Past activities include being director of sales of a major US tour operator, leading groups around the Middle East, and writing specialist Middle East and India travel brochures.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
