2. What is your company's mission?
Our mission is to provide regional high-quality tour and travel services in East Africa and Zanzibar Island, with real experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.
3. What does your company specialize in?
Gorilla Tracking, Chimpanzee tracking, Bird watching, Wildlife for game drives and Scenic viewing, Mountain climbing and Forest walks, Primate trekking safaris, Adventures, Sport fishing and Boat cruises, White water rafting on the Nile, Cultural trails, School excursions and Safaris.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
James Lukonge is the Founder and he is the Director of M20535. He started this business by first engaging himself into the travel industry with an aim of trading cars and hiring them out as a business venture. Regional trading i.e. East African Region and cross region countries i.e. Democratic Republic of Congo and Republic of Southern Sudan, was his interest. Many Vehicles were traded in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda but because of his love for classical Adventure and Travel, his interest widened up, thereby specializing on both tours and travel.
He therefore, decided to focus on both International and Domestic travelers or tourists desiring for real adventures as his main target market and so in addition to the car business he owned, he decided to make advancement by investing into the tour and travel business.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
We always received clients for primate safaris like Chimpanzee and Gorilla tracking tours as well as Adventure tours like whitewater rafting, hiking safaris, birding tours and wildlife safaris because of the adventure experience that leaves one excited about the wild in Africa, East Africa in specific. Most outlined exciting activities is graced on water rafting and Primate Safaris, which has been the most preferred packages our clients would opt for because its fun out there, in the wild with these Gorillas and Chimps. As many look out to exploring and adventuring the Nile River, whitewater Rafting and Bungee jumping wouldn’t miss out in their choice of tour destinations in Uganda. However, as added advantage, city tours and cultural trails tours are a supplement to all the tours.
