1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

In 2009 I have successfully completed training and obtained a license to conduct excursions in Moscow. I’ve been working in this field ever since with many repeat clients.

2. What is your company's mission?

My mission is to provide exceptional service to exceed client’s expectations and provide unique experience to all tourists leaving them eager to come back again.

We specialize in informative and enteraining city tours in Moscow.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

I am the Founder and Administrator of M20599. I come from the second generation of Muscovites with love and passion for the city. I was born and raised in the capital of the country of golden domes. I have studied International Business and Marketing abroad. After returning home, this magnificent city became my passion. I work as an adiminstrative and tour guide in English. I also have a few colleagues who help me with tours in German, French and Spanish languages.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

I would consider City Tour by car/bus the most popular out of all due to convenience. It’s a comfortable way to see the city in any weather. Night Bus Tour Excursions fits great in visitor’s busy schedule and also makes it easy for those traveling with young children.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

This was a woman from a group excursion who said "I never thought I could fall in love with the city so different from mine, make friends along the way and not want to sleep because of being afraid to miss something exciting!" It’s a good feeling to be a part of someone’s unforgettable experience.

Tat’yana knows Moscow very well, therefore she sometimes advised to travel by metro, and sometimes with her own car. I travel a lot in Russia for our company and always with an interpreter. And honestly Tat’yana is the best interpreter I’ve had till now. She speaks English very well. She communicates very happy and with enthusiasm.
