1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
Our company was founded by Mr. Durjay Sengupta in August 2000, started at home. He wanted to help individual and independent travelers see India in an unobtrusive and leisurely way for the right price.
The idea to start a travel company germinated out of Mr. Sengupta’s own travel experiences and vexations. He realized that everyone had the right to travel their way at their pace. Thus, circa 2000, the company was founded with a handful of young travel enthusiasts. We shared a common passion, TRAVEL. We also realized we loved a little pampering. Blame it on our imperial blood.
