1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
"M21006" has been operating in tourism industry for 11 years. Two reasonable women, due to their patriotism and delicate love towards their country, decided to represent the "treasures" of Armenia to the rest of the world.
2. What is your company's mission?
Our company's key goal is to assist tourists to arrange their travel plans, to create possibility to discover historical and cultural Armenia in its richness and colors. Moreover, our mission is to create every chance so to get introduced with our hospitable and creative nation, taste our delicious foods, various fruits and vegetables.
3. What does your company specialize in?
"M21006" is mainly specialized in incoming tourism which is aimed at making any tourist’s dreams to reality and perfection.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
The founders and owners are Larisa Mkoyan – PHD in Chemistry and Gayane Harutyunyan – PHD in Physics and Mathematics. Before founding "M21006", they both worked as scientific assistants in Yerevan State University. Also, Gayane Harutyunyan has worked as a provost at the American University of Armenia and a director of TASIS.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Our most popular travel packages are winter holiday program and Independence tour package/in the month of September/ since it combines an unprecedented possibility of finding yourself in an unforgetable world and discovering the historical, cultural heritage of Armenia in its richness and colors.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
In general, the best compliment is the fact that once a client makes use of our services, his/her acquaintances also apply to our company. So, this constant loyalty towards our company is the key to our stability and willingness to advance more and more.
