1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
M21023 was registered in Hong Kong in June 2011. Prior to my decision to move to Hong Kong (I'm a Singaporean), I did visit
this country many times for shopping and food. However, after spending my time here as a 'local' for a few years, I have experienced a totally
different Hong Kong as well as gained a fresh perspective on travelling. I find that this lovely country offers much more than the normal tourist
attractions, retail shops and food that guidebooks/tourism board usually recommend. On top of that, I learn that travelling is not merely about visiting commercial or touristy places, but the real joy is when one get to know a country for what it really is. I want to share that and that sets the birth of M21023.

To bring to you the true local travel experience that you have always wanted.
3. What does your company specialize in?
We specialize in personal and private walking tours in Hong Kong.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
The founder and owner of M21023 is me - my name is Ski Yeo. I have working experience in teaching, financial advisory and banking product management. A few years ago, I felt that I was missing out and probably not experience life as it is by having a sheltered life in Singapore. So I took my bags and
left for Hong Kong, hoping to experience what it feels like to live alone in a country and to get really involved in the local culture. I haven't look back since. It has been a rewarding journey.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
My guests love my private walking tours because it is customizable. They simply share with me what they wish to get out of the tour and then leave me
to do the work for them. I plan and bring them around like a friend, sharing with them the real insights of Hong Kong!
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
It warms my heart when I see their smiles at the end of the tour, knowing that they are really happy with my touring service. You know it when it's a heartfelt joy.
