Arabela was really bad also, Arena hotel was good apart from the fact they don't have warm water. The camp was really good too. I am glad i took this tour from you guys, everything else was excellent! Tour guides were great, Hmad was extremely knowledgeable and gave us really good history. In fact, I have a friend that may go to Jordan in February and I will send him your information. Ahmed was excellent at the airport both during arrival and departure.Musa is a great driver and he was perfect for us. He is a true artifact of Jordan all by himself! He was the movie star of the trip. The Arena Space Hotel is an okay hotel but VERY noisy. It is hard to get a good night's sleep there because of all the noise from the outside (construction, car honking, and noisy guests). However, the rooms on the first floor are much better. But only the rooms numbered 1116, 1117, and 1118. The rooms that have an adjoining door between the rooms are very bad. The guests in the room next to me were very noisy. The breakfast should have real juice and not Tang. The 3 star hotel in Aquaba was not very good. The hotel employees were very nice but the room was old and dirty. I should have listened to your advice and payed for an upgrade to a nicer hotel. Maybe even a 5 star hotel overlooking the Red Sea. It would be worth it. In summary, the trip was fantastic! You and your organization are truly professional. The Jordan Classic Tour is the best week I have spent traveling in the past five years. Thank you! Merry Christmas and thank you for your service! We had enough time at every place and the driver took good care of us. We were never afraid and Mr. Mousa is a good driver, we would like to recommend him to other people. The hotels we stayed at had a good standard and the dinner we had was good. In Wadi Rum we just needed one sheet more then it would have been perfect. 		Our day was great. Petra was spectacular!! Everything went well. 6:15am pickup was on time, border crossing to Jordan was 45 minutes, Moses and driver were ... view more ready to greet us. Drive was good one and a half hour, 5 hours in Petra (not enough time but we saw a lot), back to the border, 30 minutes to cross, mini bus was waiting for us back to the hotel to pick up our luggage and to the airport. Perfectly organized!! I paid Moses the $1,025 as instructed and of course gave him and the driver both a tip. At the airport now waiting to board our plane which is 30 minutes late.
