1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
We operate as a travel agency since 2007, and offer customized tours, since 2011.
2. What is your company's mission?
To help our tourists discover the real mysteries and hidden treasures of Romania, by carefully arranging, and plan, to the best of our abilities, each tour. We don’t look for tourists for our tours, but make tours for our tourists.
3. What does your company specialize in?
Customized driver guided tours of Romania, with a special focus on Transylvania and its ancient and medieval heritage.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
The founder and owner of the company is Miss Irina Cernea. She has begun working in tourism in 2003 right after the graduating from college and in 2007 she has started her own company, thus, turning one of her biggest dreams in reality.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Transylvania Places and Peoples was the first and most dear package, and the one that made us fall madly in love with real person to person tourism. Our tourists feel that and they love it too.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
I was well taken care of. I love your country! And although there were a few communication problems when arranging the tour, my overall impression of your organisation is positive. I have no hesitation in recommending you to other travelers and may plan another trip through your firm myself. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
