M21210 is a private-owned company, founded in year 2010 by a group of professionals, who have strong knowledge in the tourism industry and have been working in the sector for many years.

We fully realizes that our success depends on clients’ satisfaction, so we are developing the business in own way with a commitment to overall quality. This means that we undertake everything within our power to exceed the clients’ expectation in terms of quality and value.

Specializing in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, with our strengths and knowledge, enables us to provide travelers with an array of diverse opportunities and hands on local experiences...not just from a distance!

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

The founder of the Company is Ms. Thao Dinh, graduated from Tourism Faculty of Hanoi Open University in 2003, but her experience in Tourism Industry started in the early 2002. Being an adventure tour guide for 5 years (from 2002 to 2007), she understand that the main purpose of travel industry is to provide travelers with 'high quality', 'unforgettable' and 'hassle free' journeys. Since the year 2007, she works in the office, using her knowledge and passion to provide travelers all the trips of a life time.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

Vietnam tour packages is our most popular packages, as we are Vietnamese, and working tourism for many years. We understand our country so much that we can provide to the travelers trips to every corners of the country.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

Hi Thao, Thank you so much for all your help. You were terrific. We loved the cruise to Halong Bay. The boat, accommodations on the boat, and the food was fabulous. I would highly recommend that cruise line. Just what we wanted. It was more beautiful than we expected. We really appreciated the fact that you met us at the hotel, especially after such a long flight. We would definitely use you again.
