6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
M21217 was quick to respond to my enquiries and gave complete information to me concerning my combined travel of Kenya and Tanzania. I stayed at the Paris Hotel on my first stay in Kenya and here I found the guest rooms, restaurants, bars and quality of service all good. The same goes for Twiga Camps and Jumbo Camps - the food was good in general, the camps were cheaper yet good. I really appreciated the mix of tents and lodges too. Game viewing met my expectations even if I did not see any rhino but, the driver/tour guide we were given was very knowledgeable on the animals and in his driving, I would recommend Silverbird Travel to others as my travel was well handled.
