1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
M21245 has been operating for the past two years. About three years we started The Kyushu Cycling Club. Due to the amount of tour requests, M21245 and Kyushu Cycling Club launched a bicycle touring company. Part of the proceeds go to fund the Kyushu Cycling Club and a new racing team for the 2013 racing season.

M21245 offers many different bicycling tours and cycling adventures for cyclists of all types and all abilities. M21245 aims to promote cycling in Japan through good rides, unforgettable cycling trips, lasting friendships, and an occasional drink.
3. What does your company specialize in?
Based in Fukuoka, Japan, M21245 specializes in tours in and around Japan's southern Island of Kyushu.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Company founder, ride leader and tour guide Eric Romney is a native of Portland, Or. Eric eats, sleeps and breaths cycling. He has worked as a product developer for the cycling and action sports industry for the past 10 years and has been touring, racing and riding his bike for over 25 years. Having spent six years racing in Los Angeles, he relocated to Japan three years ago. He speaks the language understands the culture and can truly offer a unique cycling experience.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Our most popular travel package is a 10 day tour that starts in Fukuoka and heads east through the famous onsen towns of Hita, Yufuin and Beppu, then on to Oita. From Oita, we follow the Pacific Ocean south through Oita Pref. Miyazaki Pref. on our way to the southern tip of Japan's mainland to Kagoshima where our guests have the oportunity to ride up over and around erupting volcanoes.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
"I do bike tours all over the world and this is by far the best tour I've ever been on".
