1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

M21307 was incorporated in 2009 after it all started 4 years before when myself just working as a freelance tour guide on my own. However since words of mouth spread from my previous clients to their network of family and friends, I expanded into a small team among tour guide friends and we set up this company.

Our mission is to deliver a comprehensive program for travelers who are visiting Kuala Lumpur mainly and Malaysia generally.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

As a founder of M21307, I involved in customer services industry for the past 15 years before I jumped into tourism industry. I am proud to introduce and expose the best of Malaysia's attractions to my clients.
