The M21324' concept was born thousands of miles from Japan, in the heart of the Siberian wilderness in Autumn 2000, as university friends Alastair Donnelly and Simon King were journeying across Russia on the Trans-Siberian Railway. Six days on a train is a lot of time to think and having both spent the previous three years teaching English in Toyota City (yes, the home of the motor corporation) they wanted to give others the chance to experience and discover a country they had both fallen in love with - and most importantly, without having to break the bank to do so. And thus M21324 was born.

Our Team have many years collective experience of living and working in Japan and have all traveled extensively throughout each of Japan's four main islands.
