1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
The business has been operating since May 2011 and was started by one tour operator who resigned from her job of tour management to start her own company after receiving a tour vehicle from well wishers. Since then, our fleet has grown and other qualified operators and guides have joined in to form a reputable company with good recommendations from clients.
2. What is your company's mission?
To promote East Africa as one of the leading holiday destinations in the world.
3. What does your company specialize in?
Customized and tailor-made, affordable East African tours for all types of clientele, ranging from families, students, solo or group travelers.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
The founder of the company is Ms. Nadzua Matara who was previously working with reputable companies such as Adrift Adventures, Excel Tours, Bobby Tours and others. She has been extensively involved in making client itineraries, escorting tours and attending exhibitions all over the world during her professional career.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
My most popular travel package is 3 days / 2 nights Masai Mara Group Safari, because it is affordable to most travelers and attracts a lot of attention on our site. It is also a short safari which is suitable for travelers who do not have much time at leisure.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
The best compliment we have received from a client is that we have excellent guides who are patient with our clients (especially during photography) and also very good spotters (especially James) during the game drives.
