M05032 provides its guests with an all inclusive gourmet food&wine experience in the comfort of their private boutique cooking school hotel. Located in the small village of El Masroig, in the Priorat region only 80 miles from Barcelona, M05032 offers 3-day and 6-day sessions year round.
Each session includes daily hands-on Catalan cuisine classes, visits to the famous Priorat wineries, an official olive oil tasting session, and a cultural visit, which allow the guests to fully discover this beautiful region, slightly reminiscent of Italy's Tuscany. To keep our quality high, we only cater to a maximum of 6 guests.
Catalan cuisine is a form of cooking that still closely reflects its medieval origins. Occupied for nearly seven hundred years by the Romans, followed by several centuries of the Visigoths, and then four hundred years by the Moors, the influences were certainly varied.
