Our college is a high quality Spanish school located in the heart of Quito Ecuador. In addition to Spanish instruction, we offer homestay with an Ecuadorian family, daily activities in the city with professors, weekend excursions throughout Ecuador, salsa and cooking classes, and more. We also offer Spanish classes in the Amazon jungle, along the pacific coast, and in an organic farm.
The school was founded in 1999 by an Ecuadorian named Rosa Proaño. She is also the director of the school. The differentiating factor with our college is that we give 10% of our class profits to local social and environmental groups.
In addition, we work with these same organizations to place volunteers who choose to both study Spanish and do volunteer work. From this to our recycling program, the students who study with us will have the chance to learn Spanish and give back to the community at the same time.
In addition, all of our professors have university degrees in education, with the majority in foreign language education. Our teachers have between 7 and 20 years of experience teaching Spanish to foreigners. Our college is certified by the ministry of education in Ecuador.
