M05119 was set up to provide a series of activities related to food and wine, with the emphasis on offering a high quality personalized service. Our aim is to provide you with an authentic experience which differs from the normal tourist-orientated activities. We are based in Seville in Andalusia in the south of Spain, a beautiful atmospheric city where life is lived to the full and where eating and drinking well is taken very seriously.
We can offer you gastronomic breaks, one-day excursions, cooking classes, wine-tastings and tapas tours of Seville. The excursions we run include wine tours to the towns of Jerez, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Ronda, an Iberian ham tour to the Sierra of Aracena and an olive oil tour which takes you to the Sierra of Grazalema. In our cooking classes you can learn to prepare a large range of Spanish and Andalusian dishes Information on all the different activities is provided on the relevant pages.
The company is run by Roger Davies who is originally from Wales in the UK but has lived in Spain since 1987. He became keenly interested in Spanish food and wine soon after arriving in the country. This led him to work in the Spanish wine industry for a number of years before deciding to set up M05119 at the start of 2002. |
