M05175 has always been a passionate cook and researcher into Tuscan and medieval cuisine. Ten years ago, she opened Siena's first and only cooking school and within a year, she was already listed among Italy's top 100 cooking schools. Lella is a member of the A.I.C.I. (Association of Italian Culinary Instructors) and the I.A.C.P. Lella also works with a Sommelier and can offer courses on wine upon request.
Lella was born and raised in Siena and she is an expert on Sienese specialties, medieval and Tuscan cuisine; as well as all the Old Italian favorites. She can also tell you everything there is to know about her fascinating town: its famous horse race, the "Palio" and its extraordinary way of life. |
