Our cooking programs are daily classes for beginners and advanced students and also a weekly gastronomical adventure including accommodation, welcome and farewell dinner, visiting local restaurants, touring Tuscany and 4 days cooking all on a beautiful estate close to Florence.
The classes are held in a magnificent 14th Century villa and the accommodations are in the villa and the beautifully restored farmhouses on the estate. They produce olive oil and wine and also have a large forest for walks and a swimming pool for relaxation.
