Wine making has been a way of life at M05275 since 1750, and 80 of the estate’s 600 hectares are devoted to vineyards. The wine school and the Provençal cookery school have been set up in the old cellars. They are taught by well-known chefs and sommeliers from the region. Our Auberge **** is situated in the heart of a domain of 600 hectares of vineyards and nature, and is a member of Châteaux et Hotels de France. |
