M05312 was taken over in 1995 by even Seas Aquanauts, Corp., a corporation owned by scuba divers and dedicated to professional dive services. In a few years the M05312 established itself as the top address for diving in Cebu, Philippines. In 1997 it earned as the first dive center in the region the accreditation as a PADI 5 Star Dive Center.
