1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
The school has been founded in Aprile 1999. It was a brand new activity as there existed no Italian school before. The school had to learn a lot, and it did!
2. What is your company's mission?
Since 2002 M05316 is recognised by ASILS – a very important Association of Italian schools offering Italian as a foreign language. The school is staffed by a team of qualified teachers whose mission is to provide high quality, stimulating Italian lessons in small groups, focusing on conversation. We offer "standard- and intensive courses" at basic, elementary, intermediate and advanced levels. In peak season the language levels are expanded to 8 levels. In addition, we offer Italian courses for professionals (“Flight Attendant Italian”, “Business Italian”, “Italian for teachers”), Italian + "Cooking & Wine courses", CILS Exam preparation courses, private lessons and Italian courses "Senior 50* ("New").

Teaching Italian for foreign learners.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
His name is Daniel Pietzner. He studied "Administration Management & International Politics" and finished his studies in 1996 in Constanze/Germany. During his studies he spent several times a couple of months in South America, Spain & Italy where he learned Spanish and Italian and where he felt in Love with Latin Life style. In 1998, after 1 year working at the German Chamber of Commerce in Lima/Peru, he started to eloborate the business plan to start running M05316 in Sanremo, Italy. The school today is the most important Italian school in Liguria.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Statistically, the most requested travel package has been a 2 or 3 week-standard course, morning classes, in July/August, with accommodation in a shared apartment with other students, single room. The morning classes gives the students the opportunity to participate to the afternoon activities organised by the school such as guided visits/excursions, cooking classes, wine tasting, film events and much more.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
"M05316 really understands that only happy clients are good clients!" The school has received several “International Excellence Awards” for the outstanding services provided and excellence in customer satisfaction, but a nice satisfaction is the fact that several happy couples met the first time here at the school.
