For over 30 years, M05327 has taught people to cook better for themselves and their friends. We offer day and evening classes in a congenial home environment in historic Bay Village in the heart of Boston and during the summer at a seaside cottage in Maine.
From 1972 to present I was employed as a cooking instructor, teaching people to cook better for themselves. The accent of these classes has not been to create professional cooks, but to create a better lifestyle for the clients. I have also taught classes at Boston University and at private schools in Michigan, New Hampshire, Maine and New York. Have worked as a caterer/private cook for hundreds of clients, preparing and serving as few as two and as many as 1200 for events from Fund raisers to weddings. Have also catered corporate events.
M05327 is a member of HUB-UK, and Course Junction online marketplace. Also we are a member of American Institute of Wine and Food, International Association of Culinary Professions, Listed Who's Who in the East, International Who's who of Chefs.
