1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
M05735 was established in 1982 - 2012 is our 30th anniversary year. Established - and still run today - by brothers John and James Rogers who recognised the need for real excellence in English teaching.
2. What is your company's mission?
Our aim is to give every visitor a positive experience of England and of learning English. Through this we achieve the ultimate aim of motivating people to want to learn more...the best motivation a language learner can have.
3. What does your company specialize in?
M05735 specialises in English training for more mature adults - our minimum age is 21 years old, but 90% of our 'students' are between 25 and 50 years old; the average age is around 35 years old. The majority - though not all - are from professional backgrounds, so most (but again, not all) are studying with us to improve English for professional as well as personal reasons.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
John and James Rogers were professional educators before starting Severnvale, though both had also had experience of other professions. They understood the language needs of professional people and created a new style of English course to meet those needs.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Our Bus2 General/Business English combination course is our favourite course...it provides a highly intensive programme which is ideal for both personal and business English requirements at a very reasonable price.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
More than 50% of our clients return to us at least once for a further course with us and/or come to us on the direct personal recommendation of others who have studied here...these are the best recommendations any organisation can have.
