Our language school, established in 2001, uses a new teaching method, so unique that they were the only school shortlisted for the Innovation Award in Teaching English 2004, administered by the British Council.
Our school is a highly flexible course, ideal for all types of languages learners. It is designed to really boost confidence and motivation levels by providing real experiences of success in every single class. The course turns ‘passive’ language knowledge into ‘active’ knowledge. The Out There course is a highly interactive lesson where emphasis is given not only to theory but also to practice and real interaction with locals.
Every session is 3 hours long. The first section is set in the classroom, here the teacher will go through grammar and vocabulary based on the theme of the day. For the second section of the class the students are taken to various locations around the city to practise what they have learned in the first half of the lesson, therefore using the target language in as close to real-life situations as possible. The teacher is there with you and your classmates if you need any help with your assignments.
Clients learn languages in the most natural way – by going out and using it in real situations and locations, with real people. What is more, for Out There we use famous and culturally interesting locations in all the cities that you can do the course, such as museums, galleries, parks, squares, and exclusive shops.
London, is the birthplace of the Out There methodology. Out There is an exciting language learning adventure appealing to visitors of all ages and levels. You learn the language, you speak the language, you see the city and you meet the locals. |
