Our company offers combined walking and 4x4 small group and bespoke one to one photographic tours to a number of destinations in Patagonia. In both Chile and Argentina. It is run by Simon Littlejohn, an award winning English wildlife photographer. Simon was a member of the crew on the ocean racing yacht Group 4, which took part in the 1992/3 British Steel Challenge round the world yacht race.
The first ever to race around the world in an east west direction against the winds an currents of the southern oceans. Simon was awarded 1st prize for the best image of nature and wildlife taking during this epic 29,000mile race.
Since then Simon has spent 3 years over the last 6 living under canvas in Chiles awesome Torres del Paine national park. His ultimate goal is to produce a large format book about this stunning wilderness. The tours in the region are all led personally by Simon and his local Chilean assistant. All levels are welcome, from total novice to the Frans Lantings of this world. Assistance in using long telephoto lenses and working in extreme conditions will be available as well as general help in bettering your image capturing abilities.
Unlike other much larger companies we only specialize in selected areas of Patagonia, with the main emphasis on Torres del Paine national park Chile and the Fitzroy wilderness in neighboring Argentina, this allows the guests to benefit of being led by people who know the area well and are passionate about the land they live and work in.
