M06018 was created in 2002 by two friends and accredited tour guides with the same dream of promoting Brazil throughout the world. Valeria comes from a long journey taking Brazilians to cities like New York, Orlando, Vancouver and Paris. Leticia has worked for many years with the Brazilian market guiding tourists inside Brazil. Together they had the idea of bringing to the Country the same exclusive services found in some major cities around the world. Adding their background has shown a successful experience testified by all customers.

Our goal is to bring all our traverlers to this big international family that rioplus has become!

1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

We started about 10 years ago when we felt that it was missing in Rio a service that could make visitors feel truly like a local.

2. What is your company's mission?

Show to as many people as possible that Rio is not only full of beautiful sceneries, but also offers an intense cultural life, is a great option for honeymoon and also for incentive groups, students and conferences.

3. What does your company specialize in?

Customized tour service

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

Valerie worked over 14 years taking Brazilian travelers abroad. Leticia who is as "carioca" deap in love with her home town , started showing the city to travelers still as a university student in 1989.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

we don`t work with "packages", commonly our customers are looking for someone to help them organizing and designing their own trip.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

it wouldn`t be fare to pick one compliment, we prefer people to check on our blog or facebook "rioplus friends" to get in touch with anyone who has traveled with us

Our group had just a few minutes to walk on the Ipanema beach and stick out feet in the water. I would love to have time just to soak in the atmosphere of the city, shop, and be lazy!
